Wholesale Terms

MadaqTea supplies products exclusively on a business-to-business basis. To purchase from us, you must be operating a legitimate food and beverage business — such as a cafe, restaurant, hotel, catering company, tea lounge, or similar hospitality or retail establishment — registered or operating within Morocco.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing for commercial resale or service and not for personal consumption. We reserve the right to decline any order or business relationship at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All orders are placed directly through our team. We deliberately keep this process simple and personal — no complex ordering portals, no automated systems to navigate. Here's how it works:

We do not impose a strict minimum order on first-time customers — we'd rather you try us with a smaller initial order and scale from there. That said, the following indicative quantity tiers apply for standard wholesale pricing:

These tiers are a guide, not a rigid rule. If your needs fall outside these ranges, just let us know and we'll work with you to find a practical arrangement.

All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are valid for seven days from the date of the quote unless confirmed in writing. Moreover, we also accept cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method, alongside bank transfer.

Payment terms:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Our standard payment method for customers across Morocco. Payment is collected in cash by our logistics partner upon delivery.
• Bank Transfer: You may also choose to pay via bank transfer before your order is dispatched.
• Established Customers: For businesses with a proven track record, deferred payment terms of up to 30 days may be agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to revise wholesale prices at any time. Where a price change affects an ongoing supply relationship, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect.

We currently supply customers across Morocco. Delivery is arranged through third-party logistics partners. We are a young business and we want to be honest: we do not operate an express or guaranteed-delivery network, and lead times will vary depending on your location and current order volume.

When you confirm an order, we will provide you with an estimated dispatch timeframe. This is an estimate, not a contractual guarantee. Delays caused by logistics partners, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control do not give rise to a right to cancel or claim compensation unless we have failed to make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

For COD orders, the delivery agent will release the package only after the full invoice amount is paid in cash. Risk of loss passes to you once the delivery is accepted and paid for.

Delivery costs, if applicable, will be included in your quote. Some locations may incur higher delivery fees depending on the carrier's zone pricing.

We stand behind the quality of every product we supply. All MadaqTea products are made from whole dried fruits, natural flowers, and botanical ingredients with no artificial additives, synthetic flavors, synthetic colors, or powder fillers of any kind.

Products are packed and sealed to preserve quality. Each product has an indicated shelf life. It is your responsibility to store products correctly upon receipt — in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — and to rotate stock appropriately to maintain freshness before serving.

We do not make claims about health benefits, medicinal properties, or therapeutic effects of our products, and you should not use our products in any context that implies such claims without proper regulatory compliance.

We take quality seriously. If you receive an order that is incorrect, visibly damaged, or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the following:

• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the condition of the products and packaging
• Your order reference or confirmation message

We will review valid claims promptly and offer either a replacement, credit toward a future order, or a refund — our choice will depend on the nature of the issue and stock availability.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that were correctly supplied and have been stored or handled improperly after delivery, or for orders cancelled after dispatch. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable wholesale goods.

Once an order has been confirmed in writing by both parties, it is binding. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Before dispatch: We will try to accommodate cancellations or changes before an order has been packed or dispatched. Where we are able to do so, no cancellation fee applies.
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You will remain responsible for the full invoice amount.
• Custom or bulk orders: Orders placed specifically to fulfill a custom blend or unusually large volume may be subject to a partial cancellation fee to cover production or preparation costs already incurred. This will be communicated clearly at the time of quoting.

Any pricing, product formulation details, or commercial terms shared with you as part of a wholesale relationship are shared in confidence and are not to be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent. This obligation survives the end of any supply relationship between us.

Similarly, we will keep your business information, order details, and contact data confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our liability to you as a wholesale customer is limited to the value of the specific order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of customers, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Moroccan law.

We may update these wholesale terms from time to time as our business develops. Where changes affect existing customers, we will notify you in advance by email or WhatsApp before the changes take effect. Continued ordering after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For new customers, the version of these terms published on our website at the time of your first order applies.

These wholesale terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes arising from the supply relationship that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts of Morocco.

We genuinely hope disputes never arise — and in practice, most issues can be resolved quickly through a direct conversation. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us first.
